Massimiliano Ruggeri

Massimiliano Ruggeri (1966) has a PhD in industrial management engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (2009), a degree in electronic engineering from the University of Bologna (1995).
Since 2001 he has been a Researcher at CNR-IMAMOTER, Institute of Agricultural and Earthmoving Machinery, and now at CNR-STEMS, Institute for Energy and Sustainable Mobility of the National Research Council.
Previously he was employed as software engineer r project leader at Magneti Marelli S.p.A. R&D until 2001.
Since 2013 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the CEI - Italian Electrotechnical Committee and from 2016 to 2019 he was also Vice President. Since 2003, he has been a member of some ISO technical committees on behalf of FEDERUNACOMA (National Federation of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers, an Association part of Confindustria).
Since 2017 he is a government expert for Land Systems at EDA - European Defense Agency on behalf of the Italian Ministry of Defense (Captech Ground System Governmental Expert).
